Working in a cooperative environment with the state of Utah, Salt Lake County, South Salt Lake City, and our strong Chamber business coalition, we are weathering this storm and we are working together to achieve success that continues to allow us to be a beneficial voice for the businesses in South Salt Lake as the economy heads toward better days.

With a new look, updated methods of communication, and strong leadership, you will seethe Chamber striving to reach out to your business through regularly scheduled forums and meetings that will take place throughout the next year. These meetings will be structured to assess your concerns about the local government, ordinances, housing, business development, business retention, and a myriad of other issues that are important to you. These meetings will be scheduled at your convenience so that you can stay informed on the development of the businesses in the community, as well as being able to voice the needs of your business.

The economic engine of The City of South Salt Lake is fueled and driven by our business community. The strategic plan that has been adopted by the Chamber is one that the City and our business partners support.
