Feeling stressed out? You're not alone! Stress is a natural part of life, but it can become overwhelming and even addictive if left unchecked. When stress becomes a habit, your body craves the rush of adrenaline and cortisol, driving you into overdrive and the cycle of exhaustion leading to burnout.
