Happy Hour hosted by Chappell Brewing

A few years ago, a tight-knit group of Chamber members, entrepreneurs, and business leaders began gathering monthly to relax over drinks and conversation after a challenging workweek. These casual two-hour meetups often stretched to three, creating a warm atmosphere where participants left with more friends than they arrived with.

With the onset of the pandemic, the SSL Chamber and Women in Business Committee decided to evolve these monthly gatherings into inclusive happy hours, dedicated to supporting local distilleries and breweries within the city. South Salt Lake boasts pride in its community-focused distilleries and breweries, featuring murals by local and international artists and hosting engaging neighborhood events. Each distillery and brewery owner possesses a compelling story, contributing positively to the community.
