The South Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce proudly presents the South Salt Lake Women in Business (SSLWIB), a dynamic program dedicated to empowering local businesswomen and entrepreneurs both professionally and personally. Join us for our first-ever Women in Business breakfast, kicking off a series of monthly breakfasts featuring networking opportunities, insightful presentations from accomplished local speakers, and thought-provoking fireside chats.
Our goals for SSLWIB are to provide local businesswomen and entrepreneurs with opportunities to:
- Forge genuine networking connections.
- Engage with the community and inspire positive change.
- Enhance professional and personal skills.
- Celebrate and recognize each other's achievements.
This event is open to everyone and is a space to connect and learn from each other. Come be a part of a supportive and inspiring community where you can learn, grow, and make meaningful connections. A light breakfast is included!
About Chief Croyle
Danielle Croyle holds a BA degree from Weber State University’s Criminal Justice Program. She currently serves as a member of the WSU Social and Behavioral Science Advancement Board, and is a Past President of the WSU Alumni Association Board of Directors. She is a graduate of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Academy in Quantico, VA.
Danielle has a 32-year career in Law Enforcement and currently works at the South Salt Lake Police Department as the Chief of Police. Her past positions
include serving as the Administrative Officer for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (Salt Lake Field Office), and she is a retired captain of the Ogden City
Police Department.
She has been active in the community serving on the Utah Domestic Violence Advisory Council, as well as the Weber/Morgan Domestic Violence Coalition. She is passionate about family and individual safety issues, such as, child abuse, domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking. She is an advocate for legislation and programs that protect the vulnerable.
She enjoys skiing, hiking, river rafting, reading, and spending time with her family.
